Service Description
Site4App provides tools for importing mobile application data from the App Store and Google Play, generating multilingual landing pages, and publishing them under your custom subdomain or domain. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
User Obligations
You are responsible for the content you publish through Site4App. You agree not to use the service to publish content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates App Store or Google Play policies. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Intellectual Property
Site4App and its features are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and import. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
Site4App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
